Overview Ski Trips.

Ski trip signup for most trips takes place at the September meeting. Yet certain ski trips may need to have an earlier signup and initial down payment to ensure reservations can be secured in advance.

In the case of earlier sign-up, Trip Coordinators will let you know when payment is due. Most trips are paid by e-transfer to treasurer@clubski30.ca unless otherwise directed by the coordinator. Please fill out and submit the online Trip Application Form  to sign up with the coordinator.

We are happy to offer members the following ski trips for the 2025 winter season.

Watch for emails from the trip coordinators for more details. Sign-up for ski trips via online application began Sept 3rd. For sold-out trips, spots can open up. Contact the trip coordinator or Club VP (vice-president@clubski30.ca) about applying to a waitlist.

Jay Peak, Vermont USA – January 26-31, 2025

Services: accommodation 1- or 2-bedroom Timberline Cottages and 5-day lift pass package

Who can attend: up to 48, members only

Cost: in CAD, all adults sharing a cottage must have the same package

  • 1-bedroom cottage: $1396 (1 occupant), $864 (2 occupants), $687 pp (3 occupants), $599 pp (4 occupants)
  • 2-bedroom cottage: $1704 (1 occupant), $1017 (2 occupants), $790 pp (3 occupants), $675 pp (4 occupants), $607 pp (5 occupants), $561 pp (6 occupants), $1017 pp single supplement

Payment: 50% deposit due Oct 1, 2024, balance due Nov 5, 2024.

Parc du Mont Comi, QC – February 4-9, 2025

Services: 2 bedroom condos and one 6 bedroom condo, and 4 days lift passes.

Who can attend: 28, members only.

Cost: all double occupancy, seniors 65 or over $400/, adults $415/.

  • 4 x 2 bedroom condos 4 persons each = 16 persons
  • 1 x 6 bedroom condo, 12 persons = 12 persons
  • All condos have cooking facilities, dishes, pots & cutlery, shared bathrooms and Wifi of variable quality.

Payment: Full amount by October meeting, e transfer to treasurer@clubski30.ca

Poley Mountain, NB – February 10-13, 2025T

Services: 3 nights Adair’s Wilderness Lodge motel rooms or cottages (double occupancy), 3 full course dinners, 3 full hot breakfasts, 3-day lift pass

Who can attend: up to 36, members only

Cost: $470.00 Senior (over 65), $500.00 Adult, $360.00 ASSC member with pass

Payment: full cost due Oct 1, 2024. E-transfer to treasurer@clubski30.ca

Sun Peaks, BC – February 24 - March 5, 2025

Services: 9 nights’ accommodation Echo Landing (ski in/ski out) 2- or 3-bedroom condos, 7- or 8-day lift pass, airfare to Kamloops BC, airport transfer and grocery stop

Who can attend: members only

Cost: taxes included, base $3430 – $3730 varying on room allotments, deduct $800 if booking own flight

Payment: 50% deposit due Oct 1, 2024, balance due Nov 5, 2024. E-transfer to treasurer@clubski30.ca

  • 1-bedroom cottage: $1870.44 (1 adult occupant), $1124.88 pp (2 adult occupants),
  • 2-bedroom cottage: $2323.88 (1 adult occupant), $1351.60 pp (2 adult occupants), $1027.51 pp (3 adult occupants), $865.46 pp (4 adult occupants)
